Ciena Certifications – How do I recertify?

Prior to three (3) years from the date of the original certification award, participants may re-take the exam to become recertified. Recertification will be good for an additional three (3) years. While a participants Associate level certification is current, if that participant opts to purchase, enroll, and obtain an advanced certification (e.g., the participant currently has an Associate level certification and that participant can purchase a Professional or Consultant level certification) prior to their Associate certification’s expiration date, that participant’s Associate certification will be automatically extended to be commensurate with the Professional/Consultant certification expiration date.

Looking for study materials?  You should still have access to the digital copy of the certification student guide.  If you require a new link or extension to the material, please submit a help desk request indicating when you were certified and asking for a new link to the student guide for the relevant certification that you wish to re-certify on.
