- Customers may purchase lump sum learning credits/vouchers for future learning and/or training purchases. These credits are referred to as “Learning Vouchers."
- Learning Vouchers are designated solely for Ciena learning and/or training purchases and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for other Ciena products or services.
- Learning Vouchers are activated on the day Ciena issues them and can be used solely towards the purchase of any training course(s) listed in Ciena’s then-current training catalogue and/or certification technology program catalog, or for the purchase of customized course development.
- Customers must notify Ciena of their intention to apply Learning Vouchers upon registering for, or ordering, the training courses.
- All purchases of Learning Vouchers are subject to the applicable Agreement referenced in the Ciena Learning Services Descriptions.
- Unused Learning Vouchers, or any remaining, unused portion thereof, expire twelve (12) months from issuance. Learning Vouchers have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
