Registration and Login to Ciena Learning (Customers and Partners)

User Registration process – Ciena portal and Ciena Learning

Important Note:

• If you already have an account on the Ciena portal, log in via this link: https://my.ciena.com/CienaPortal/s/login/
• If you are a new user, and do not have an account on the Ciena portal, please register for a portal account.  

Registering for a Ciena portal account:

1. You can begin the process via this link: https://my.ciena.com/CienaPortal/s/SelfRegisterForm
2. You will be taken to this screen:

1.  After entering a valid (business/official) email address and verifying reCAPTCHA, submit the registration request.
2. This message will display:

Accessing the Ciena portal and Ciena Learning site:

1. You receive an email (sample email message shown below).

2. Click the link in the email message.

3. You will be taken to a web page requesting your user information. 

4. On this page, fill the required information and click the Submit button.

5. This registration will require approval (it takes 24-48 hrs). 

6. Once approved, you will get an email at your registered email address with login credentials.

7. Once you have received the email with your login credentials, go to this link: https://my.ciena.com/CienaPortal/s/login/

8. Enter your username and password and lick the login button:

9. You are taken to the portal home page. 

10. Click the Knowledge icon on the left and then click Learning. 

11. Click the "take me there" button.

12. Clicking on the "take me there" button will take you to the Ciena Learning site:

13. You can see the status of all your learning by clicking on the My Learning icon.

14. Clicking the My Learning icon displays the My Learning page:
