If you are taking a web based course in Saba and some screens are blank or missing information on the screen OR have no sound (especially in the post-test section), the issue may be caused by Adobe Flash.


To identify if Flash is the issue, in the course where you are experiencing the issue, right click on the course screen to view details. If the pop-up menu is similar to the image below, then the course needs to run Adobe Flash to play properly.
