Ciena offers dedicated and custom training classes either in a Ciena training lab or at an off-site location. Go to Ciena Learning Support and click New Support Ticket, then from the Help Type drop down menu select Request Training.


The required fields are:

  • your email address
  • subject that describes the request
  • your name
  • your location regionally in the world
  • description of type of training being requested in the open text field
  • preferred time frame of training within the next 6 months
  • method of payment - if you do not know the please select Other.


 You may also add an attachment at the bottom of the form.


After you click the Submit button, you will receive an email confirming your request and the ticket will be routed to Ciena Learning. We will respond to you via email promptly.
